Come Friday evening, we switch things up. Our bakery becomes a quiet local pizza spot. Our pizza dough recipe is the result of hours of effort, combining organic whole grains, high hydration, and long fermentation (up to 72 hours!). Just like our bread, this method creates an airy, open crumb that offers maximum flavor and texture, along with better nutrition and easier digestion. 

Pair your pizza with a carefully selected wine or craft beer, and top it off with one of our desserts.
